Exchange Policy
We’ll only exchange defective, incorrect, unused, and undamaged items. Lawn sales and custom orders are excluded.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, we don’t offer monetary returns, but you can exchange your order for a different item if we sent you an incorrect one. Exchanges depend on product and size availability, and you must notify us within one week of receiving your order. Claims made later won’t be honored.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We don’t offer cash refunds, but you can exchange your purchase for an item of equal or higher value.
